By accessing or using Cipher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

IMPORTANT: Cipher is an AI-powered research and information tool. Nothing on this platform — including AI summaries, analyst ratings, news sentiment, stock comparisons, chat responses, or portfolio analysis — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Cipher provides AI-powered stock research tools including stock summaries, analyst ratings, news sentiment analysis, stock comparison, AI chat, and portfolio analysis. The Service is available on a Free plan (limited searches per day) and a Pro plan (unlimited access to all tools). Features and limits are described on our Pricing page.

The Free plan provides 3 stock searches per day and access to the AI Stock Summary and AI Analyst Rating. Free plan features may change at any time. No credit card is required for the Free plan.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($12/month) or annually ($96/year). All subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to: • Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to Cipher • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models or data pipelines • Use the Service for any illegal purpose • Resell or redistribute Cipher's AI-generated content without permission • Circumvent usage limits or access controls

Cipher and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cipher and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform or its content without permission. Market data displayed on Cipher is sourced from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance, Financial Modeling Prep) and is subject to their respective terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Market data may be delayed. AI-generated analysis may contain errors. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKCOPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
